30-day money-back guarantee
If you're not satisfied with Desk Pro, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — for any reason, including change of mind. This applies to both monthly and yearly plans.
How to request a refund
Desk Pro is sold by Miguel Rodriguez and payments are processed by Square. To request a refund, email us at support@party-meta.com with your Square invoice or receipt number and we'll process it for you.
Renewals and cancellations
Desk Pro is billed by Square invoice for the period you buy (one month or one year) and does not charge you automatically. When your period ends, access simply stops unless you pay the next invoice, so there is nothing to cancel. Every invoice is covered by the 30-day window above.
Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Square, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
